Reap the benefits of a healthier lifestyle with a program designed to help you increase your physical activity level and work toward a goal of walking 10,000 steps each day. Walking is a one of the best ways to get fit—you get great cardiovascular benefits with minimal strain on your body.

When you sign up, you can use the 10,000 Steps Web site to set personal goals, track daily steps, and monitor your progress online. Record your steps each day with a pedometer to track your progress.

You can also maintain your motivation to stay physically active through daily e-mail tips that provide encouragement and support.
