1.     HOW TO ENTER

a.     The John Mayer ticket giveaways contest (the “Contest”) will begin on 7/21/2008 at approximately 5:30am Pacific Time (“PT”) and end on 7/25/08 at approximately 7:00am PT (the “Contest Period”).

b.     To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method:

Listen to KSCF (the “Station”) each daybeginning on 7/21/2008 through 7/25/08 between the hours of 12:00am PT and 11:59pm for the cue to call to be aired. Upon hearing the cue to call, the designated number caller (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call) to reach the Station Contest Line at 888-388-1037 will win (upon confirmation of eligibility). At the time of their call, designated callers will be required to provide their first and last name, complete address including city, state, and zip code, telephone number, and date of birth. The cue to call will be announced up to four (4) times each day, and up to twenty (20) winners will be selected during the Contest Period.

c.     The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

d.     There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to win, but a listener may only win once during the Contest Period.

2.     ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a.     The Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in San Diego County in the state of California. Employees of the Station, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the San Diego metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and laws.

b.     Listeners may only win one prize every thirty (30) days or every six (6) months if the prize value is $1,000 or greater. Only one winner per household is permitted in any station contest.

c.     Winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification upon receipt of prize and sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release.

3.     PRIZES

a.   Up to twenty (20) prizes will be awarded. Each prize includes two (2) tickets to the John Mayer concert on July 29, 2008 at Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre located at 2050 Entertainment Circle, Chula Vista, CA 91911 and access for two (2) to the Sophie’s Lounge with John Mayer on July 29, 2008 at Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre. Approximate Retail Value of each prize = $65.00.

All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winners will forfeit his/her prize if it is not claimed by 5:30pm PT on July 29, 2008. Under no circumstances does the station mail out any prize/prizes. If prize must be picked up at location other than the station, the winner will be notified via phone within 24 hours of the event by station employee.

There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that The Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4.              WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a.     Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b.     Twenty (20) winners will be selected in accordance to Section 1b above.

c.     The odds of winning a prize depend upon the order and number of phone calls received.

d.     Winners must listen but need not be present to win.

e.     Winners will be notified via phone by 7/25/08 at approximately 10:00am PT. If the winners cannot be contacted within 1 day of the initial notification, or do not execute and return the Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form by 5:30pm PT on July 29, 2008 the prize will be forfeited and no alternate winner will be selected.

5.     CONDITIONS

a.     Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

b.     By participating in the Contest, the winners and their guests agree to have their names, voices, or likenesses used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest  without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c.     Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require Contest winners and their guests to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d.     The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or has a change of venue, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

e.     Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification, solely at the discretion of the Station.

f.      The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
